Childcare is available beginning at 6 PM for ages 4 and younger when you RSVP with Penny (919-467-6535 or email@example.com) by Nov. 20.
During our presentations, we will be collecting school supplies for Cary Elementary School teachers to use in their classrooms. Below is a list of common items needed by elementary school teachers. Donations of these or other such classroom supplies are appreciated.
Copy paper (white and/or colored)
Colored construction paper
Colored plastic two-pocket folders
No. 2 pencils
Sharpie markers (black and colored)
Washable colored markers
Various size binder clips
Office Depot or Staples gift card-for items like printer ink or other specific classroom needs

The goal of the music ministry is to worship our Lord and to facilitate and encourage others to do the same.

10:30 am Generations rehearsal; vocal choir for adults of any age; Choir Room; led by Dr. Chris Haire and Rev. Danny Poyner, Jr.
6:00 pm Children’s Choirs; Separate age and grade-based choirs for age 2 thru 5th grade
7:00 pm Celebration Choir; for youth-adult; Choir Room; led by Dr. Chris Haire and Dr. Janice Buckner
7:15 pm Praise Band; for youth-adult; sanctuary; led by Rev. Danny Poyner, Jr
The Good News Players is our church-wide drama team comprised of adults, youth and children. They rehearse as needed to prepare for upcoming presentations, led by Mr. Jimmy Welch.
Our Multimedia Team provides sound reinforcement and video presentation for regular worship services and special events. This team is led by Mr. Jeff Jewel and Rev. Danny Poyner, Jr.
218 Academy is a ministry of our church offering both private and group music lessons to individuals in our church and our community. Current offerings include: piano, organ, voice, guitar, and saxophone. Other instrument lessons may be available upon request. Lessons are open to all ages – from small children through senior adults. Anyone who wants to learn is welcome!
