Senior Adults

At First Baptist Church, we know our senior adults as "Happy Hearts!"  This is our ministry for adults age 60 and older.  They are a big part of the many on-going programs of the church.  The Happy Hearts meet the first Tuesday of every month for fellowship, education, and inspirational programs.  They gather at 11:30 am, in the Dining Hall, for a covered-dish luncheon and program.  During the third week of the month, the Happy Hearts typically go out for lunch together, take a day trip, or a several days trip going to various places of interest.  They have taken cruises, gone on mission trips and have been involved in various mission activities in Cary.

 

Generations, a choir for adults of any age, rehearses the first and third Tuesdays of each month, at 10:30 am in the choir room.
